Can Dietbird Pro be used on a computer? Can it be used offline?

Dietbird Pro is online software, meaning it doesn’t need to be installed on your computer. It can be used on desktop or mobile devices.

The app (iOS and Android) is temporarily unavailable in app stores and needs to be installed on your mobile phone.

Both require internet access and can be accessed from any computer or mobile device.

How do I create a free Dietbird account?

Access the Dietbird Pro web platform, click ‘Register’ and fill in the required fields (name, email and password).

Can I pay the subscription in installments?

We do not currently offer this payment method.

What are the payment methods?

Annual payments can be made with a physical credit card. We do not offer monthly payments.

Due to the 7-day free trial, virtual cards are not accepted.

Is there any training to learn how to use Dietbird?

No! Dietbird is so intuitive and easy to use that we do not consider it necessary to provide training. However, we offer explanatory videos on our YouTube channel and specific tutorials for each feature of the system. Can I test Dietbird before subscribing?

Yes! After entering your payment information, you have 7 days to cancel the free trial of all the platform’s features, without incurring any charges.

I use the Free Plan, can I migrate to the Premium Plan?

Yes! Free users can upgrade to the Premium version by accessing the ‘Premium’ section on the platform and subscribing.

Is Dietbird renewal automatic?

Yes. Your annual subscription will automatically renew after one year. To ensure renewal, please keep the same credit card active. If you do not wish to continue, you can cancel your subscription in the tool, in your app store subscription account or contact support.

Can I cancel my free Dietbird account whenever I want?

Yes. You can cancel your free account within the platform itself.
