Can Dietbird Pro be used on a computer? Can it be used offline?

Dietbird Pro is online software, meaning it does not need to be installed on your computer. It can be used on desktop or mobile devices.

The mobile app (iOS and Android) is temporarily unavailable on app stores and needs to be installed on your phone.

Both require an internet connection and can be accessed from any computer or mobile device.

How do I create a free account on Dietbird?

Access the Dietbird Pro web platform , click ‘Sign up’ and fill in the required fields (name, email, and password).

Can I pay the subscription in installments?

We do not currently offer this payment method.

What are the payment methods?

Annual payment can be made with a physical credit card. We do not offer a monthly payment option.

Due to the 7-day free trial access, the use of virtual cards is not permitted.

Is there any training to learn how to use Dietbird?

No! Dietbird is so intuitive and easy to use that we do not consider it necessary to provide training. However, we offer explanatory videos on our YouTube channel and specific tutorials for each feature of the system. Can I test Dietbird before subscribing?
